When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within 3-5 business days, and you will receive an email from us upon confirmation of your order and another email upon shipping of your product along with a tracking number and link to the courier website, where you can track your delivery.

If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, Luxury Collections reserves the right to cancel the order, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.
